With over 25 years of experience the Beltran Company can construct and manage any project. We specialize in architectural concrete, interlocking concrete pavers, concrete stamping, garage systems, stained concrete, outdoor lighting, and we are also a full service general contractor.

We consistently attend training courses to develop new ideas and advancements in the latest tools and technology to perform the best job possible. We treat your home like its our own.

Customers are the foundation of our business and we strive to satisfy each and every customer. We believe that quality work and customer satisfaction are the backbone of our business. Tony Beltran was born and raised in the Central Valley, starting as a painter in May of 1984. With over 10 years of painting experience he learned concrete design, color matching and mixing.

In 2000, the Beltran Company was launched in the decorative hardscape construction and obtained a general contractors license. Our current certification include: class B, C-33 painting and decorating, C-8 Concrete Construction, and a C-61 –D-06 concrete specialty contractor and ICPI certified Paver installer.
